Capture ERT and first aider staffing on duty, pre-shift briefings, and guard deployment across day and night shifts. Log CCTV status, key and key card returns, and fire alarm system conditions, including any disabled points with notes in the logbook. Record parking lot conditions, check that all fire exits are clear and doors secured from the outside, and track the number of night patrol rounds.
