New Line Check Sheet

This New Line Check Sheet guides food and beverage packaging teams through pre start and start up checks to ensure product quality and compliance. It covers CCP verification such as metal detection and sieving, equipment readiness, labeling approvals, job bag and specifications review, cleanliness, and team understanding. During start up it records packaging codes, bag or flow wrap length, counts or weights, date and lot coding, seals, print quality, and any light or tare pack requirements. It also prompts for tamper seal placement, average weights, damage checks, pallet plans, outer case tape, orientation, and case counts. Final sections include photos for QAS, sampling, gold seal, documentation checks, H and S noise levels, and any concerns before release.
