This monthly audit checklist is designed for food warehouses and bulk food distribution points to verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene standards. Sections cover facility and grounds maintenance, personnel health and hygiene, equipment sanitation, temperature control, pest exclusion, waste management, water and plumbing, lighting, and ventilation. It includes checks for storage practices, cold chain integrity, calibration, quality control, and identification of critical control points, plus procedures for rejection, recall, and segregation of adulterated goods.
