Use this audit checklist to evaluate health and safety compliance in commercial catering environments. Cover policy visibility, roles and responsibilities, RAMS awareness, risk assessments, and training. Inspect welfare facilities, signage, walkways, and visitor management. Check controls for noise, vibration, vulnerable workers, and lone working. Verify emergency preparedness, fire safety, alarms, lighting, and evacuation routes. Review COSHH, chemical storage, PPE, eye wash, waste management, and dust control. Assess equipment maintenance, PAT, vehicles, electrical safety, asbestos, manual handling, first aid, lifting equipment, hand tools, and work at height. Include training matrices and site housekeeping.
