This FOH Kitchen Check helps front-of-house managers confirm the kitchen is clean, organized, and food-safe before the chef or cook leaves. It covers bin emptying and cleaning, general equipment cleanliness, plates and cutlery put-away, availability and cleanliness of two food probes, and a clean, empty mop bucket.
