Verify lobby and bathroom lighting including 26 watt ceiling, dining pendants, 4 foot fluorescents, front counter spotlights, and mirror lights. Check interior menu board illumination. In the kitchen, confirm ceiling fluorescents and hood lights over grills and fryers are working. Inspect office, break room, and walk-in cooler and freezer lights, ensuring fixtures are operational and free of water or ice. Capture notes and recap issues for corrective action.
