This Cavity Wall Insulation inspection report template (Master v2) helps assess and document issues following CWI installations. Record claimant and property details, capture photos, log damp and mould evidence, check DPC height and brickwork condition, and note cavity barriers. Add room humidity and damp meter readings, list affected rooms, and document any alterations since installation. Include health impact notes, borescope findings for each elevation, wall area and cavity volume calculations, insulation type used, and guarantee details such as CIGA or REIGA. Conclude with assessor approval and attach supporting media and certificates.
