Caving GSE and OPPE Monthly Checks YMAZ

This monthly checklist supports safety and readiness for the YMAZ indoor caving attraction. Instructors verify the structure support system, face of structure, signage, ventilation, lights, cameras, emergency doors, and activity features such as stalactites, slides, and torch lights. PPE items like knee pads and torches are checked, and qualified staff roles including Activity Specialist and Activity Leader confirm completion. If any check fails and risk cannot be controlled, the site must not open. All issues are reported to the Duty Manager and all checks are completed before opening.
