This Cashino Compliance Manager Audit checklist helps gaming and amusement arcade venues verify end to end compliance. Use it to check required signage such as No Smoking, No Alcohol, Under 18, and Think 25, and confirm BACTA certification is current. Validate that premises licences and liability insurance are displayed, machine ratios and category labels B3, C, and D are correct, and all machines carry mandated over 18, payout percent, and GamCare information. Confirm CCTV is operating and time synced, mobile panic alarms are tested, first aid kits are in date, and staff know the location of accident books and the compliance folder. Review logs A to G covering attempts by under 18s, customer interactions, complaints and disputes, incidents requiring police assistance, self exclusion including SmartExclusion tablet, aggressive customer and alcohol incidents, staff training, money laundering incident reports, and visits by the Gambling Commission or local authorities. Ensure premises logs are signed off by managers and that issues are resolved and documented.
