Inflatable Jumping Pad Risk Assessment Checklist
by Mark Shipton, from the Community
This weekly risk assessment checklist, created with the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, helps caravan and holiday parks manage inflatable jumping pad safety. It covers access paths, signage and rules, fencing and gates, and CCTV operation. Inspect soft-fall coverage (minimum 150 mm), protective padding around poles, pad integrity and inflation per manufacturer guidance, and record any issues or actions. Use it to standardize checks, prevent incidents, and maintain guest safety and compliance across your park.
