Deze checklist helpt bij het opstellen van een tussentijds rapport voor gasinstallaties. Bevat controles op dichtheid en drukdaling (o.a. 5 bar drukstoot, 125 mbar met lucht, 25 mbar met gas), beoordeling van leidingmateriaal en verbindingen volgens NEN 1078/NEN 8078, en inspectie van corrosiebescherming en mechanische bescherming. Omvat tevens controles van luchttoevoer, rookgasafvoer en uitmonding, en verificatie dat het gasverbruikstoestel volgens de voorschriften is geïnstalleerd. Inclusief fotoregistratie, vastleggen van afwijkingen met redenen, overleg met betrokkenen, opmerkingen en ondertekening.
