This OHSE site inspection checklist is designed for water and wastewater utility sites. It covers site security, public protection, fire control, emergency preparedness, systems of work, hazardous substances and asbestos, chemical storage and spill response, housekeeping and amenities, stairs and walkways, material storage and lighting, ergonomics and manual handling, first aid and PPE, traffic management and fall prevention, electrical safety and control cubicles, permits including hot work and confined spaces, lifting equipment, pits and manholes, pump sets, storage tanks, basins and lagoons, and broader environmental management such as discharges, complaints, erosion, waste handling, and calibration of monitoring devices.
