SE Switching Plan

The plan recognizes that switching may carry risk due to prior conditions outside the technician’s control and emphasizes collaboration with the customer to verify system status and determine proper procedures. If a process is deemed unsafe, technicians may stop the work. Use this template to document steps, responsibilities, and safeguards to minimize downtime and reduce the risk of injury or equipment damage.
