Schneider Electric SERE Safety Audit Checklist
by Bertel Lundgaard, from the Community
This Norwegian safety audit checklist supports Schneider Electric field and services teams under the SERE program. It guides auditors through vehicle readiness and emergency procedures, personal protective equipment, daily risk assessment and SJA documentation, competence and training verification, tool and equipment inspection, safe work environment controls, and working at heights requirements including ladders, harness and scaffold checks. It also covers safety communication practices and near miss reporting. Use it to record observations, note non conformities and good practices, and capture sign off.
