Ensure vehicle and crew readiness with this bilingual safety inspection checklist designed for oilfield and vacuum truck operations. Review DOT identifiers, logos, permits, WHP and NM DOT details, lighting and reflectors, tires and tread, brakes and pads, fluids and hydraulic systems, vacuum pump, leaf springs, valves and wheel seals, hoses and grounding. Confirm safety equipment including fire extinguisher, cones, triangles, chocks, and PPE such as hard hat, H2S monitor, FR clothing, glasses, boots, gloves, hearing protection, and first aid.
