RESCo Maintenance Checklist

This RESCo Maintenance Checklist is designed for solar PV system upkeep across rooftop installations. It guides technicians through module cleanliness, array inspections, shading and debris checks, corrosion checks on grounding and frames, and cleaning recommendations. Electrical steps cover DC and AC wiring, combiners and re-combiners, disconnects, conduit integrity, and IR thermography of connections. It also includes torque verification on field and factory connections, weather station and sensor checks, data acquisition verification, and detailed inverter maintenance tasks such as inspecting seals, recording fault codes, and filter cleaning. The checklist captures safety considerations, photo evidence, comments, and action items for follow up, with sign off at completion.
