Conduct thorough operations and maintenance inspections of solar photovoltaic systems with this Realterm checklist. Verify roof and site conditions, weather and air sealing of penetrations, module integrity, cleanliness, and wiring connections. Assess racking hardware, bonding continuity, corrosion protection, and cable management clearances. Check combiner boxes for watertight entries, moisture drains, conductor condition, fuse continuity, and labeling. Review inverters for enclosure integrity, sealing, mounting, breaker and disconnect operation, and bonding and grounding continuity.
