Inspection MV Cell 20 kV Report Checklist

This inspection checklist supports maintenance of 20 kV medium-voltage (MV) cells and associated transformer PS equipment. It covers front and rear MV cell checks including cleanliness, seals, indicator panels, lighting, abnormal noise and odor, and control wiring condition and temperature. It includes relay and heater condition, outgoing termination temperature for phases R, S, T, and transformer area checks such as environment, physical condition, oil leaks, fencing, asset identification, hazard signage, silica gel status, and primary/secondary cable and bushing condition. Thermographic checks for primary and secondary cables and partial discharge tests (TEV/AE) are also included to ensure safe, reliable power distribution.
