Szablon służy do kompleksowej inspekcji turbin wiatrowych na farmie. Obejmuje wprowadzenie (data, nazwa farmy, powód, warunki i prędkość wiatru), kontrolę dojazdu i oznakowania, stan fundamentów i wieży (powłoki, korozja, zabrudzenia), rozdzielnicę SN i SF6, piwnicę (oświetlenie, wilgoć, porządek), podest ruchomy i punkty asekuracyjne, przeglądy BHP (gaśnice, apteczka, oczomyjki), oraz szczegółową inspekcję łopat A, B i C wraz z logbookiem i potwierdzeniami przeglądów. Sekcje powtarzają się dla wielu turbin (WTG 01-04), ułatwiając standaryzację O&M.
