Use this monthly inspection checklist to assess the HCE Goosebill power substation. Verify OCRs and oil switches, air-break and disconnect switches, arresters, cabinets and cubicles, and overall safety. Check grounding, fences and gates, clear walkways, lighting, and NESC clearances. Review yard and structures, transformer oil levels, gauges and thermometers, regulator mechanisms and indicators, and record counter readings, demand metering and instantaneous amps for each phase. Capture notes and sign off.
