Use this Field Services 101 assessment to support new field hands entering a site for the first time. The checklist covers required PPE, H2S awareness, basic equipment knowledge, and site policies. Verify JSA accuracy and signatures, confirm use of the fluid transfer sheet, check valve and cam lock safety, and ensure a fire extinguisher is positioned near electric or diesel pumps. Capture the most hazardous tasks, site conditions such as climate and water temperature, and any chemical exposure. Include photos and signatures to document completion and readiness.
