Use this EF0108 Treatment Operations Inspection Checklist to assess water and wastewater treatment facilities. Review documentation (EPA licence, PIRMP, operator checklists), site signage and housekeeping, erosion and sediment controls, access roads and stormwater. Inspect plant and equipment condition, safety data sheets, waste segregation, heritage and fire safety. Check for pollution incidents and contamination risks. Evaluate inlet works, odour beds, bioreactors, clarifiers, pipes, tanks, ponds, and disinfection systems. Confirm sludge and biosolids management, overflow pond readiness, discharge signage, and compliant chemical storage and bunding. Record findings, comments, and sign-off.
