Use this critical process confirmation checklist to verify effective isolation of electrical plant and equipment. Sections cover planning and behaviors, operator competency, HV switching programs, PPE and flame-resistant clothing, emergency procedures and LV rescue readiness, RCD/ELCB testing, calibrated test equipment, test-before-touch, labeling of energy sources, lockout/tagout and group lockouts, permit to work and access controls, and supervisor checks for maintenance schedules and responsible persons.
