Checklist ini membantu pengawas mengontrol pekerjaan pemadaman listrik terencana secara aman dan tertib sesuai K2K3. Cakupan pemeriksaan meliputi verifikasi dokumen SPK/PK, surat penunjukan, prosedur/instruksi kerja, surat penugasan, izin kerja vendor, serta pembuatan JSA dan izin padam. Pengawas memastikan ketersediaan single line diagram area padam, daftar kesiapan personel, alat kerja, APD, serta perangkat LOTO. Termasuk pengecekan berita acara administrasi dan teknis, daftar briefing, pelaksanaan manuver hingga bebas tegangan, dan pernyataan pekerjaan selesai serta pemberian tegangan kembali. Terdapat poin keselamatan kunci seperti penggunaan APD, deteksi tegangan, pemasangan grounding kedua sisi, LOTO, serta pemeriksaan SIO dan uji riksa crane bila relevan. Fitur dokumentasi dan waktu pemasangan/pelepasan ground cluster juga tersedia.
