Use the CBC Worksite Inspection template to review construction site conditions against agreed expectations, legislation, and best practice. Assess critical risks including working at heights, cranage and lifting, excavations, heavy machinery, live services, and confined space entry. Verify controls such as TRA, permits, scaffold standards and tags, lift plans, exclusion zones, and edge protection. Conduct general checks for dust control, PPE, housekeeping, electrical tagging, power tools, first aid, and environmental protection. Capture observations with guidance, rate findings (ME, OFI, AR), and assign corrective actions for rapid follow-up and continuous improvement.
