Workshop and Yard Audit Checklist

Use this workshop and yard audit checklist to assess health and safety compliance across workshops, depots, and yards. The template guides checks for H and S documentation, RAMS and SOPs, COSHH controls, briefings and signage, emergency and first aid provisions, PPE and RPE, occupational health risks such as noise, dust, manual handling and HAVs, welfare and workplace conditions, housekeeping, material storage and waste management, traffic and parking arrangements, lifting operations, plant and vehicles, machinery guarding, pressure systems, welding, LEV, portable tools, and electrical equipment with PAT records. Capture findings as compliant or non-compliant, note advice and potential for injury, and sign off completion.
