This checklist helps teams inspect workplace housekeeping and access ways on construction and similar worksites. Verify site cleanliness, adequate lighting, unobstructed walkways, and proper handrails. Confirm tidy work areas, defined laydown zones, stable material stacking, and correct storage of equipment and dangerous goods. Check that bins and recycling are adequate, slip and trip hazards are controlled, and Waratah posts are capped. Review oil and grease storage and waste removal, signage and barricading for hazardous areas, and solid barriers for potential fall zones. Ensure temporary barriers are removed after tasks and reverse parking signage is visible. Use this inspection to identify risks, assign corrective actions, and improve on-site safety and compliance.
