Deze Nederlandse werkbon is bedoeld voor Groba Grondhandel en vergelijkbare grond- en bouwprojecten. Het formulier registreert alle kerngegevens van een opdracht: projectnummer, opdrachtnemer, locaties van en naar, start- en einddatum, en wie de werkbon heeft opgesteld. Leg de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden vast en specificeer inhuur van transport, kraan, shovel, personeel, schaftkeet, rijplaten en veegwagen. Noteer afgesproken tarieven per kuub, uur of ton, eventuele wachturen en overuren, brandstof en materiaalgegevens. Voor kranen en shovels kunnen type en tonnage worden vermeld; voor rijplaten hoeveelheid en huurperiode. Het document sluit af met ruimte voor akkoord en handtekening, zodat kosten en uren eenduidig worden bevestigd.
