Review gate security, signage, base housekeeping, corrosion, side rails, rung condition and spacing, toe clearance, grip, protrusions and sharp edges, and safe transition at the top. Record the site and silo, recipe code, amount ordered, and approximate tonnage unloaded. Confirm if multiple silo destinations are required and capture any leftover feed and diet codes. Select balance silos as authorized, note who approved them, and document tonnage for each. Follow site safety, verify silo identification and condition, cleanliness and seals, and take photos of any concerns. If returning feed, state the reason and approximate tonnage. Use this QA form to maintain accurate delivery records and traceability across modules and silos.
