WDH Client Welfare Facility Check

This checklist supports mandatory inspections of welfare facilities on WDH CDM projects. It covers documentation displays such as the Construction Phase Plan, F10, insurance certificate, health and safety law poster, first aider details, traffic management plan, and nearest A and E. It assesses first aid and emergency arrangements and comprehensive welfare provisions including sanitary conveniences, ventilation and lighting, washing with hot and cold water, soap and drying, drinking water signage, changing rooms with seating and drying, lockers, and rest areas with adequate seating, tables, cleanliness, and temperature. It also prompts security checks, required actions, immediate actions taken, photos, and signatures from the assessor and site manager.
