Principal Contractor OHS Checklist

This principal contractor checklist supports OHS compliance for construction projects managed at Vicinity Centres. It guides reviews of the WHS management plan, consultation and coordination arrangements, subcontractor oversight, incident reporting, and site specific rules. Inspectors verify site inductions, SWMS currency and approval, permits to work, and availability of risk assessments and safety data sheets.
