Brick and Stone Faced Precast Panel Inspection

This work inspection sheet supports quality control for brick and stone faced precast concrete panels from manufacture to installation. Checks include approval of stone fixing methods and stone source, color and finish tolerances, curing and lifting procedures, labeling, transport protection, and records of type, finish, and absence of cracking or distortion. On site, it covers method statements, positioning to gridlines, secure fixings and packings, joint distances, and post-fix checks for distortion or cracking. Includes documentation, comments, and final inspection sign off.
