This track loader inspection template helps technicians and sales teams capture machine details and condition before service or sale. Record company and contact information, equipment year, make, model, and serial number with a photo of the plate. Log hour meter readings and add supporting photos. Assess overall condition, check for damage or excessive wear, and verify that all functions and transmission operations are working properly. Evaluate engine condition, including visible blow-by or white exhaust. Document undercarriage condition with photos of tracks, rollers, final drives, rails, and sprockets, and rate remaining life. Check bucket pins and bushings for play, add photos and notes of wear, and list any included attachments with photos. Conclude with an estimated value to support trade-in, resale, or maintenance planning.
