Weekly Ladder Inspection Checklist

Use this weekly ladder inspection checklist to assess the condition and safety of each ladder across your sites. Document ladder type and material, number of treads, tag status, and location. Use this formal stepladder inspection checklist to verify the safety and condition of stepladders before use.
