Mark slab details including floor coverings, door swings, returns, and control joints. Check electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, and in-wall services for placement, fixing, and leaks. Note tiling, joinery, and benchtop specifications. Inspect external elements such as cladding, flashing, gutters, and control joints. Record issues, coordinate subcontractor actions, and document pass/fail with notes and sign-off.
