This structural post repair checklist helps project teams complete quality assurance after repairs. Record the pre repair checklist reference, confirm the relevant inspection test plans are completed with no open non conformance reports, and ensure the checklist is referenced in the area structural ITP. Capture and file photo evidence in an auditable register and finalize the NCR register. When complete, send the checklist pack to the certifying engineer for approval.
