Deze Startwerk / Kickoff checklist is bedoeld voor bouw- en installatieprojecten om een veilige en gestructureerde startvergadering te houden. Het formulier behandelt agendapunten zoals projectgerichte instructies, aanwijzing van een BHV'er, aanwezigheid van een noodplan op locatie, rondgang op de werkplek en de aanwezigheid van VGM-plan of TRA. Het bevat secties voor het vastleggen van belangrijkste veiligheidsrisico's met bijbehorende maatregelen, een verslag van de besproken zaken en een presentielijst met handtekeningen van projectleider, werkvoorbereider, leidinggevend monteur en overige aanwezigen.
