Use this weekly spandrel panel quality inspection checklist to maintain high workmanship and compliance on site. Verify the latest drawings are in use and capture a photo of the drawing register. Assess substrate condition and confirm engineer sign off, noting any additional works required. Check cavity barriers against Topek IG002 including bracket fixings, centers, vertical over horizontal precedence, compression for non vented barriers, correct vent gaps for VFB and VFB Plus, tight junctions, and manufacturer attendance reports. Validate insulation per IG003 including fixing layout, fastener types, and brick bonded pattern with no gaps. Inspect the facade system for correct stainless steel fixings, fixing arrangements, and minimum edge distances. Review flashings per IG004 for stainless fixings, correct color, absence of defects, and proper butt straps and laps. Record other findings and complete auditor sign off.
