This construction site audit form helps assess safety and environmental compliance on fixed or transient sites. Auditors record project details, contractor lists, and verify notices, registers, and SHE documentation. Welfare facilities, site entry, tidiness, fire precautions, PPE, COSHH, plant, excavations, electrics, work at height, floor openings, confined spaces, and site management are reviewed. Public interface, waste, noise, and occupational health controls are checked. Score each item using the scale from -10 to 10 and mark N/A for non-applicable items to maintain accurate, consistent results.
