Use this checklist to record daily facade and scaffolding safety on construction sites. Capture labor on site, work descriptions, general safety items, public protection, postings, debris removal and storage, and permit logs. Track required certificates, NYC DOB and DOT permits, toolbox talks, and noted violations. Log daily deficiencies with location and corrective actions, and collect signatures from the site safety inspector and manager.
