Tesco Express Refrigeration Cabinet Install Checklist

Use this checklist to manage removal and installation of refrigeration cabinets in Tesco Express stores. Capture cabinet details and quantities, record serial numbers and asset numbers, and attach before and after photos. Verify drainage systems, capping bungs, light units, gully cover plates, gasket tape, silicone sealing, and endwall cutouts. Check sliding door leveling and apply Loctite, adjust feet clearance, fit bump rails, and confirm spacing for pumped drainage. Confirm asset labels and additional shelving kits, add notes, and collect installer and customer signatures for sign off.
