Use this Scaffold Dismantle Plan template to structure a safe, compliant teardown of scaffolds on construction sites. Capture job details including customer, site, location and scaffold type (tower, independent, birdcage, gantry, chimney, staircase). Verify RAMS are on site and operatives are competent. Assess the work area, vehicle parking, barriers and pedestrian routes.
