This gas welding and cutting inspection template helps teams assess key safety controls for oxyfuel welding and cutting. Verify cylinders are secured and stored correctly, check for damage to cylinder valves and guards, inspect regulators and adjusting screws, confirm flashback arrestors are fitted at the regulator and torch, and test torch valves, hoses, and nozzle condition.
