Use this rough in inspection checklist to confirm all plumbing and gas rough in tasks are complete before lockup. Record photos of the site board or electrical box, water meters, and gas test. Verify recycled water readiness, siliconed penetrations, water pressure, vent pipe flashing, and that the gas meter line is capped and taped. Check garden taps, alfresco points, and mixers are installed, fridge point roughed in, and stacks completed and water tested. Note any jackhammering required and capture additional notes and photos.
