Room-in-Roof Insulation Mid/Post Install Inspection
by Mick Woods, from the Community
Use this C2/C3 technical monitoring and inspection report to verify room-in-roof insulation quality, coverage, and safety. Inspect stud walls, sloping ceilings, ceilings, party and gable walls, and residual loft areas. Check downlighters and other electrical penetrations, air leakage sealing, and safeguarding in line with PAS 2030. Confirm ventilation strategy, combustion air supplies, and clearances to flues and chimneys. Ensure services access, doors and windows operation, air bricks, walk-boards, and warning notices are correct. Capture photographs, record omissions, gather customer feedback, document inspection outcomes, and schedule remedial actions where required.
