Use this QHSE site audit checklist to review quality, health, safety, and environmental controls on construction sites. Construction Site Audit Template
This construction site audit template helps teams assess compliance and safety across the site. Sections cover site documentation, inductions and RAMS, welfare and first aid, incident reporting, fire precautions and emergency procedures, PPE, site security and hoardings, access and traffic management, electrical systems, housekeeping and storage, and comprehensive work at height controls including scaffolds, towers, ladders, MEWPs and netting. It also verifies plant and machinery safeguards, occupational health risks such as dust, noise, vibration and manual handling, demolition and excavation safety, temporary works, asbestos and confined space controls, workforce competence and training, and environmental protections including COSHH, run off, spill response and waste. Conclude with sign off and close out actions.
