Use this checklist to perform a comprehensive safety assessment of non-elevated commercial construction projects. It covers hazard communication, housekeeping, job site requirements, public and pedestrian protection, sanitation, aerial lifts, compressed air and gas cylinders, electrical safety, fall protection, fire safety, hand and power tools, lockout/tagout, motorized equipment, mixing and grouting equipment, PPE and respiratory protection, structural shoring and concrete removal, scaffold and ladder access, storage and barricading, traffic control in active garages, and trenching and excavation.
