Precision Solar Renewables Site Self-Inspection

This solar renewables site self-inspection checklist helps on-site personnel complete periodic audits of construction activities and conditions. Review general site conditions, access and egress, housekeeping, and public protection. Verify PPE use, hearing protection, and fall protection. Check electrical safety including GFCI/AGP, cord condition, equipment guarding, LOTO, and power line clearances. Inspect ladders, stairs, and aerial lift operation and pre-start checks. Assess material handling equipment, PIT inspections, rigging and crane inspections. Confirm fire prevention controls, storage of flammables and compressed gases, and availability of extinguishers. Evaluate excavation and trenching protections and utility locates. Review hazard communication (SDS and labeling), hand and power tool safety, emergency action plans, first aid, and site-specific safety forms. Record corrective actions, add media, and sign off to document compliance.
