Pre-Scaffold Inspection Checklist

Use this pre-scaffold inspection checklist to verify site readiness before erecting scaffolding. Assess the need for a design scaffold, check front and rear elevations for obstructions, note overhead and additional obstacles, agree lift heights, and confirm ladder positions.
