This PIA Greenside template is a post installation audit checklist for residential heat pump and HVAC systems. It guides auditors through health and safety pre start review, verification of model suitability and correct sizing, secure indoor and outdoor unit installation, condensate drainage, proper clearances to allow service access, functional checks for noise and vibration, testing of any condensate pump and float switch, and any required environmental protection. It also prompts photo capture of indoor and outdoor units and nameplate, and covers homeowner handover items such as operation, maintenance, warranty, manuals and electrical code of compliance. A final declaration records company name, auditor name, signature and date.
